G’Day
To Begin, sorry my blog isn’t dynamic. I have not much time, I’m very busy.

I arrived the 2 February and I’m very delighted about my first twenty days. The school is perfect, teacher, and students are very kind. I think I have visited Sydney very well during my first month.
The beaches (Manly, Bondi, Bontre), I have visited most of Sydney City (Opera, Botanical Garden, George street, Hyde Park, Miller points, The Rocks, Darling Harbour, Town Hall, Tower…)
the next week end I will probably go on an excursion with my school. In the morning, I will visit Olympic Park, Featherdale Park (it’s a big zoo where the animals are on free) and the Blue Mountains during the afternoon.

Today I would like to speak about the beaches on Sydney.
Sydney has 6 beaches. The most popular are Manly and Bondi, they are very important with the surfing. The 4 others beaches are Bronte, Tarama, Coogee and Maroubra.
The beaches are a more and less 30 minutes on buses from the Sydney City.
If you want go to Manly, the simplest is to take the ferry at Circular Quay (Opera house) and it’s direct, the travel is very beautiful

The price to return is 12$ (6€).

On January the temperature is more and less 22°c, the sea is reheating and the sea will be at 25 26°c on February.
On the beaches the surf is the first sport, the waves are excellent, I think they are as good as the waves from the Basque coast and the Landes.
Nevertheless, you must be careful with the current (Bah-in). Moreover, it’s very dangerous because sharks attacked 2 people at Bondi last week end.
The first is dead, he was on the coracle and the second is a surfer who lost his leg.
If I can reassure you there are protection net for the surfer and bather.
The shark can’t go in the swimming area.

Along the beaches there are a lot of parks and shops.
The only inconvenient is that the beaches are very crowded.
To finish the description, the sea is very clear.

Thanks you & See you later (SMS: cul8tr)
